Disclaimer: I hereby on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims against the Pirates Week Festival Committee, the Pirates Week Festival Office, the Cayman Islands Government and any other entity involved with the Pirates Week Festival, their officers, directors, agents, employees, sponsors, volunteers, and all other persons or bodies assisting in the organization of the Pirates Week National Festival from any and all claims, losses, damages including legal fees and medical expenses resulting from any incident or act, whether accidental or intentional, that may occur during the course of the festival. I understand that my image may be captured by event photographers and irrevocably grant Pirates Week Festival, licensees and successors the right to use my image in all forms and media including advertising or any commercial purpose and in perpetuity. I also waive the right to approve or inspect the images used for publication.
